Moebius Working Models:


Single Project Option 1 + Flat Fee 
 
This option works well for specific and short term projects with clear specifications. The advantage is that the client knows up front the cost of the project. The disadvantage is that it doesn’t allow flexibility. This service is usually preferred by first time clients.
 
Single Project Option 2 + Time & Expenses  
 
In this case our services are also hired for a single project only this time the client is charged by the hour. This option gives more flexibility to the client when facing changes during the project development without finding mayor changes on the price. If requested, the client has daily access to the tasks performed by the staff and to the time tables.
 
We strongly recommend the Single Project to our first time clients, in any of its two alternatives. We believe that starting with a specific project gives you the possibility of knowing our team and how it works.
 
Dedicated Remote team + Time & Expenses  
 
This is the option preferred by long term clients. Clients are serviced exclusively by a Dedicated Team dimensioned to handle their requirements. With each project we develop a detailed understanding of the client preferences and working styles. In this case the payments are done monthly.



In any of the working models, systems of close monitoring, uninterrupted communication, daily reviews and pre scheduled milestones guarantee that each project is delivered on time and that quality standards exceeds the client’s expectations.
