• The Offshore Outsourcing Process starts with an initial contact by e-mail or phone.

• The client describes the project scope and time frame. The information is sent to Moebius either in digital or hard copy. Digital files can be emailed or uploaded to a dedicated FTP site with a personalized password.

• Moebius estimates the number of working hours required to complete the task. 

• Once the estimate has been approved by the client, Moebius puts together a Working Plan describing the scope of work, the stages in which the project will be developed and the consecutive submissions that the client will receive as the project moves forward.

• Leaded by an experienced manager the Remote Team starts working under the client supervision.

• Each submission is checked and evaluated by the client.

• After receiving the client’s feedback, the Remote Team moves forward to the next stage.

• The final submission must be approved by the client to complete the project.  

Constant communication is the key to a successful outcome in offshore outsourcing.
Daily communication is done by e-mail, phone or Skype according to the client’s preferences. At any time during the outsourcing process, meetings may take place between the team leader and the client.
